Posting consistently is hard when every piece of content starts from zero. Our answer is batch production: plan a month in advance, capture it in two focused studio days and edit in waves. It keeps quality high and stress low for our clients and for our team.
Plan shots, not posts
Before a shoot we turn the content calendar into a shot list grouped by set, outfit and lighting. One setup might serve a reel, three stills and a carousel cover. Thinking in setups rather than posts is what makes two days go further than two weeks of ad hoc shooting.
Every lighting change costs time. Every reused setup buys it back.
Capture more than you need
We always shoot alternate hooks, vertical and horizontal versions and plenty of cutaway footage. That extra material becomes ad variations, story fillers and quick reactive posts when a trend appears mid-month. A strong archive is the difference between rushing and responding.
Behind the scenes footage gets captured too. Audiences love seeing how things are made, and it costs almost nothing extra on the day.
Edit in waves
We edit the first week of content immediately and leave space to adjust the rest based on early performance. If a format takes off, we cut more of it from footage we already have. If something falls flat, we pivot without reshooting.
Batching does not make content feel mass produced. Done well, it gives a brand the breathing room to be more creative, not less.
